The company plans to surprise customers throughout the year to enhance the experience of celebrating SC Asset's 20th anniversary.

Over the past two decades, SC Asset, as a leading real estate developer, has been on a mission to create good mornings for all customers by delivering high-quality products and services with a customer-centric approach. We have continuously prioritized after-sales service and, on this 20th anniversary, created a campaign to thank customers and partners who have played a crucial role in driving SC's business to where it is today. Ms. Chomchada Kuladilok, Head of Brand Strategy and Corporate Communication at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC Asset, stated, "The concept of Thriving Together inspired the creation of the animated advertisement of the same name, which is the first animated advertisement in Thailand's real estate industry. We want the film to convey SC's spirit over the past 20 years, focusing on caring for customers and stakeholders to ensure everyone has a good morning every day. Each character in this animation reflects SC Asset's ecosystem, which includes SC, residents, and partner collaborators, as well as the integration of technology to enhance services for residents. Starting with 'Dawn,' the diligent sunflower representing SC, who consistently cares for residents, 'ChatGGWPT,' the intelligent robot representing both partners and technology that helps improve SC's service in every dimension, and 'Little Sun,' representing SC Asset's residents. Behind the creation of this animation, we collaborated with two talented partners: the creative team at GGWP Bangkok and Riff Studio, an internationally skilled animation studio that brought the film's visuals and colors to life, comparable to world-class animated films."

The story takes place at the SC College Sunflower School, a training center for SC Asset employees to learn about the mission of creating good mornings for people in the community. One day, during what seemed like an ordinary class, "Professor Sunny" introduced a new member, "ChatGGWPT," the intelligent robot invited to join the mission of caring for residents. "Dawn," the diligent sunflower, was assigned to mentor the robot and take it back to help teach at home. When Dawn brought ChatGGWPT back to the home of "Little Sun," a girl whom Dawn has cared for since birth, the fun story began.
